Liquid Development is looking for character artists that specialize in creating realistic clothing for characters in Marvelous Designer and/or stylized character sculpting. You will work as a key member of our art team creating high-quality realistic character outfits. This position requires a keen eye for detail as well as a strong sense of design mixed with video game art production methods. We are looking to hire for internal positions but are willing to work with remote positions.
Requirements:

3D Lead Hard Surface Artist (Full-time Contract)

As a Hard Surface Modeler, you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on multiple exciting Sci-Fi and Fantasy next-generation console and PC titles each year. Requirements:
Create high poly and game-resolution models in 3DS Max or Maya, complete with next-generation materials and shaders
Ensure that every asset meets the quality expected, both from an aesthetic and technical perspective
Strong character portfolio with an emphasis on armor, weapons, and architecture
Ability to take and process feedback in a timely manner
2 + years in-game prop modeling
Self-motivation, good communications skills, and a great team-player attitude
A strong artistic sense, proactive personality, and eagerness to learn new techniques
Desire to lead a team of artists and provide feedback is also a plus
Ability to adapt to a variety of visual styles common in-game production

Prop/Environment Artist (Full-time Contract)
Liquid Development is looking for 3D artists to create unique assets outside and inside of game engines. Some projects require learning proprietary pipelines and tools that is built into the scope. You will collaborate with a team of experienced artists working on some of today's top titles. The studio is currently work-from-home friendly due to COVID-19 pandemic. We would eventually be looking for remote team members to relocate to our lovely city of Portland once it is safe to do so.
Requirements:
Create high poly and game-resolution models in 3DS Max or Maya, complete with next-generation materials and shaders.
Ensure that every asset meets the quality expected, both from an aesthetic and technical perspective.
An understanding of full asset development (from concept to final asset integration) is a plus.
Experience in UE4 and Unity is a plus.

Production Manager (Full-time Contract)
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. Our studio is currently work-from-home / remote during the COVID-19 pandemic. Applicants must be ready to work on-site in Portland, OR once it is safe to do so. As a Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of multiple AAA titles each year.
Requirements
Skills and Responsibilities:
Strong organization and communication abilities
Deep knowledge of production management
Working directly with our Art Directors to build plans and proposals
Manage projects to ensure milestones are completed on schedule and within budget
Tracking resource availability for staffing and assignments
Ability to lead teams by instruction and example
Enthusiasm to expand knowledge in keeping with industry evolution
An understanding of game production pipelines and workflows
Strong critical thinking abilities to mitigate and resolve issues
Expertise in office admin programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must
Preferences
Experience in multiple software packages and game engines (i.e. 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush, Unreal, Unity)
Understanding of industry standard techniques and tools
Ability to create budget and time estimations for asset production
Experience working with large teams and milestones
Mixed resume / portfolio – 2D, 3D, Rigging / Animation, Tech examples
